Q: How often do I have to complete an application?
A: You only have to complete an application once unless your work experience changes. However, you may be required to do yearly updates.
Q: How long do you keep my file?
A: We keep your file forever.
Q: When and where can I fill out an application?
A: Applications are accepted in each of our offices Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am to 10:00am.
Q: I have completed an application. What should I expect?
A: Please remember that OMS Staff Solutions places candidates on assignments based on skills, qualifications and other criteria. Due to the high volume of applicants, we will only contact you if we have a current opening for which you are qualified. It is only necessary to call in once per week to keep us updated on your work status.
Q: I am scheduled for an interview. What forms of identification do I need to provide?
A: Please visit the USCIS website and download an up-to-date version of form I-9 which will outline common forms of identification you will need to provide at your interview.
Referral Program
Here’s how it works:
Earn $50 for each referral. Each time you refer a qualified employee to OMS Staff Solutions, and that person is placed on an assignment and completes 80 hours, you’ll receive $50.00.
But, you must remember these two important facts:
/1/ Your referral must put your name on their application
/2/ You are responsible for keeping in touch with OMS Staff Solutions to track your referral’s progress
Make sure you tell them to list your name in the Referral section of their application. They can also give your name to the OMS Staff Solutions Recruiter during their interview at an OMS Staff Solutions location.
If you meet the requirements to receive the referral bonus, you can call our main office at (863) 686-8000 to confirm your eligibility. If the requirements have been met, we will mail you a check for $50.00!
